Countryside Productivity Small Grant Scheme - Progress Update

The Countryside Productivity Small Grants Scheme offers grants of between £3,000 and £12,000 to support farmers who want to invest in specific pieces of agricultural equipment.

All the items included in the scheme have been identified as ones that will help farmers achieve improvements in either animal welfare, resource efficiency or nutrient management.

DEFRA has previously announced £30m will be available to fund the scheme in 2019.

However, this has been delayed and looks likely it will not open until May.

We will continue to keep up to date with any more developments. If you are considering applying for a grant under this scheme, it is paramount that your application is submitted early to avoid equipment shortages. Get in contact with us today to discuss your plans using the Contact page.
